Jeff Deutschendorf

President and Chief Executive Officer


As President and CEO, Jeff is responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction of the company, allocating capital and pursuing opportunities for profitable growth. Jeff’s primary goal is to lead and transform the modular industry.


Jeff has extensive experience in all aspects of the modular building industry including: manufacturing, marketing, operations, sales, leasing and management. Since 1986, Jeff has played a role in the sales and leasing of mobile and modular buildings for several companies, including Williams Scotsman, McKinney Mobile Modular and Century Housing Manufacturing/DFL Development. A veteran of the industry, Jeff achieved a record of great success with other modular building companies before joining M Space.


In 2006, Jeff was the President of the Modular Building Institute (MBI), the national industry association. In 2009, Jeff received MBI’s Outstanding Achievement Award. This award is the most prestigious honor that a member can receive and was given to Jeff in recognition of his exemplary contribution and service to the commercial modular building industry.



Dale Goebel

Chief Operating Officer


As Chief Operating Officer, Dale is responsible for sales and operations nationwide. Dale’s primary goal is to deliver the highest standards of service in the industry, while focusing on new markets, innovative products and new technologies.


Dale was one of the first M Space employees and has held several senior level positions, including Vice President, Director of Sales, Operations Manager and Southeast Regional Manager. Dale has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the modular building industry, including manufacturing, sales, quality control and operations. His extensive experience, leadership qualities and results-oriented approach help distinguish us in the eyes of our customers and foster a can-do spirit throughout the company.



Nora McGrath

Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer


As Chief Administrative Officer, Nora is responsible for all support and non-financial corporate functions within the company. Nora’s primary goal is to continually improve internal systems and processes to maximize quality, productivity and efficiency. She also focuses on developing training opportunities that support staff development and career growth.


Nora has over fifteen years of experience in business administration, human resources and organizational development. She joined M Space in 2005 and has held several positions within the company including Administrative Manager, Director of Secondary Markets and Director of Marketing & Communications. Nora serves on the board of directors for the Modular Building Institute.



Emily Adler

Senior Vice President of Planning and Analysis


In her role as Senior Vice President of Planning & Analysis, Emily provides strategic oversight and management of all financial reporting and statistical analysis activities. Emily ensures technology is properly configured and implemented to support business strategies cross-functionally. She is also responsible for documenting systems, which provide training and reference tools that create efficiencies company-wide.


Emily was one of the first M Space employees and has held several positions within the company including Controller and Director of Financial Analysis. Emily works closely with the operations, sales and administrative teams to identify and implement creative technology and accounting solutions that support and advance the company’s business.



Eric Lytle

Controller


As Controller, Eric is responsible for the oversight, training and development of the accounting team and the review and documentation of all processes and internal controls. Additionally, he assumes responsibility for establishing financial policies, procedures and systems. Eric also manages all aspects of payroll, benefits and information technology.


Eric has over 15 years of financial analysis, accounting and business management experience. Prior to joining M Space, Eric was the Controller for a mid-size industrial company in Utah, where he was responsible for day to day functions of the finance, information technologies, contracts and administrative departments.



Lynette Reilly

Administrative Director


In the role of Administrative Director, Lynette coordinates and directs the support services that enable the company to operate efficiently. She is responsible for overseeing a team of administrators, managing human resources, coordinating the review of contracts and corporate documents, directing administrative quality assurance audits and implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service.


Lynette has over fifteen years of administrative, financial planning, analysis, facilities and human resources experience. She has held leadership positions in both customer service and operations. She works closely with the executive team and managers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support process improvements and training throughout the company.



Alexandra Orlovsky

Marketing & Communications Manager


As the Marketing & Communications Manager, Alexandra manages all aspects of marketing, public relations and business development. She is responsible for the production of all collateral materials, lead generation, website content, vendor relationships and various targeted marketing activities to support the sales team in the leasing and sales of both new and used buildings.


Alexandra gained experience in communications, advertising, sales and marketing while working for a media representation firm and a communications company. Her marketing experience includes brand management, business to customer, business to business, internet and email. She joined the company in 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator and advanced into the role of Marketing & Communications Manager in 2011.



Wade Bowser

Vice President, Director of Operations


As the VP, Director of Operations, Wade’s primary responsibility is to monitor the status of projects nationwide and ensure consistent practices and open communication between the field operations, sales and administrative teams. He acts as a resource to Project Managers to ensure projects are completed to the schedule and quality expectations of our clients. Wade is also responsible for planning, organizing and directing the functions and activities related to the operation, maintenance and lifecycle of all buildings.


Wade joined M Space as Operations Manager and was promoted to Vice President in 2008. Wade has twenty years of experience in the modular building industry where he proceeded through various field, project management, sales and office positions into senior management positions.



John Kennedy

Director of Third Party Services


In his role as Director of Third Party Services, John is responsible for managing relationships with modular dealers to generate commercial and municipal leases, obtaining credit approvals, documentation and funding for operating and finance lease transactions and remarketing existing buildings.


John has over 30 years of finance experience and over 20 years of leasing experience. Prior to joining M Space he held leadership positions in both the computer software and modular building industries.
